Our Process

Love is in the details. Extreme thought and preparation is given to the look and feel of each space to create a seductive environment that compels visitors to experience the transformation. Creative Director Stephen Stefanou enjoys the task of creating unforgettable experiences – on a massive scale. His process is intuitive and instinctive, and it requires a collaborative relationship with the client’s decision-maker for the project. Stefanou personally safeguards his vision throughout the rigors of design, development, fabrication and installation.

The design team first obtains a full understanding of the Client’s objective. Once a design fee is established, a site visit is scheduled, in which a complete review of the property, plans, images and/or models is undertaken. Next, Venue Arts commences with the creative process designed to meet the Client’s design objective, budget and usage.

Venue Arts utilizes hand-drawn color renderings to fully express the idea and to ensure the client’s understanding of the potential of their project. Revisions, if any, are quickly implemented, and a final proposal with pricing and terms is presented. Once a design direction is established, a contract agreement is drafted for the project, and production begins upon full execution of the agreement and receipt of the initial down-payment. The creative fee is then credited toward the project’s total.

The Project Management team works in partnership with the client throughout the fabrication process and the coordination of the I&D schedule.
